The “Circuito Internazionale d’Abruzzo”, in Ortona, which is one of the circuits recently built in Italy, has been made in the respect of the list of requirements of the CIK-FIA Circuits Regulations. In addition to being characterised by a long (1,600 m), varied and complete course, the venue includes modern and practical infrastructures as well as a huge asphalted paddock.
 
For its international inauguration the Ortona track will be organising no less than the first round of the 2011 CIK-FIA “U18” World Championship and Karting Academy Trophy, which has enabled it to host over 130 Drivers from the 5 continents and 46 different countries!
